Tiffany Graves CEO/Program Director

Tiffany is the proud owner and founder of Absolute Golden Care. With over 15 years of experience in the Healthcare/Homecare field, Tiffany is dedicated to delivering compassionate, dependable, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. AGC was inspired by Tiffany’s own family experience, watching her mother take care of he grandmother full time, which created significant financial hardship when work had to be put on hold. Seeing firsthand how overwhelming caregiving can be for families, her mission was simple: to help families not have to choose between working or taking care of their loved ones.

Crista Lee Wells Office Manager & Supervisor

Crista Lee joined the AGC family in 2025, and has a strong passion for serving people in her community. An education and civic leader, her tireless dedication to care for our most vulnerable citizens is what makes her a tremendous asset to support our Indianapolis-based team. She was a teacher and has a heart for children with disabilities. Crista is an advocate for stroke prevention and preparation, as well as seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia and their families and caregivers.
